I’m Tom Hite, General Manager at Land Rover Easton, and I’m thrilled to join this incredible brand. Working with the Germain Family of Dealerships since 2021, most recently at Germain BMW in Naples, I’m committed to delivering exceptional customer service here in Columbus.

As a native of Euclid, Ohio, returning to the Midwest feels like a rewarding adventure. I’m taking over from Austin Germain, who has transitioned to lead Mercedes-Benz of Easton. Rest assured, our dedicated team remains focused on providing you with top-notch service.

Hi, I’m Anthony Akrouche, client advisor for Land Rover of Easton. Joining the Germain team in July 2019 I’m excited for this new adventure in the auto industry. I believe my experience in sales, customer service, and management will assist me in providing our guests with the ultimate experience. I believe reputation is everything and am thrilled to be a part of a customer-centric team that is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Born in Columbus, OH I was raised in Lebanon and Columbus. I graduated from Central Crossing High School and Columbus State. When I’m away from the dealership I enjoy hanging out with my wife and family. I also enjoy a good cigar occasionally or I’ve been known to paint, sketch, and draw.  My superhero alter ego would have to be Batman. He’s well-tailored and drives a cool car. My most enjoyable vacation place is in Madrid Spain, I found there to be plenty to see and do. The full-size Range Rover has caught my eye, it has kept its heritage over the years. I’m looking forward to meeting you and assisting you with what catches your eye.

Hello, I’m Neil Gallagher, service director for Land Rover of Easton. My automotive career began in December 1981, and I joined the Germain team in 2018 transitioning to my current role in July 2023. My focus is to always deliver an outstanding experience that creates loyalty beyond reason. My wife and I have two children and away from work I enjoy being outdoors enjoying all that nature has to offer. I look forward to seeing you in our service drive.

Hello, I’m Seth Holmes, Parts Manager for Land Rover of Easton. My automotive career began in June of 2007 and I joined the Germain team in April 2021. I strongly believe that to create a positive guest experience you just need to provide the level of service you would expect to receive. Born and raised in Waldo, OH it of course is the home of the famous bologna sandwich at G&R Tavern. If you haven’t been you should visit. I relocated to the Columbus area in 2009. Away from work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family on the golf course or on the lake. My favorite vacation escape was in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii for the beaches and beautiful weather. I’m quite fond of the Defender, its capability for off-roading while also being luxurious is something I see myself enjoying. I look forward to meeting you and assisting you with your parts needs.

My name is Lauren Germain. I’m the Social Media-Public Relations Director for Jaguar Land Rover of Easton. I started in the automotive industry in August 2017 transitioning to JLR when we opened in late 2018. My prior experience and education give me a great advantage in this role. I graduated from Bishop Watterson and Miami University where I earned my degree in Social Media Design. Our commitment to always putting the customer first is at the forefront in all that I do. Away from the dealership I enjoy Blue Jacket games, Pilates and spending quality time with my husband Austin. We enjoy island vacations and I find my favorite is Bora Bora, it’s unlike any other place on earth. The beauty is enhanced while I relax and enjoy any music by Drake. No one knows but I always wanted to be on SNL. Who knows maybe one day you’ll see me on there doing some impersonations that I enjoy doing. Of the lines we represent I gravitate to the Range Rover Defender. It’s a classic staple of the brand and my dream car.  We all welcome you to JLR and I look forward to personally meeting you.

Hi, I’m Darien Dennis client relations manager for Jaguar / Land Rover of Easton. My automotive career began in 2012 and I transitioned to the Germain team in May of 2020. I developed my customer relations skills over the years and have learned different ways to make a positive experience for our customers. I believe that listening and communicating in a positive manner are the keys to a successful experience. I was born and raised in Lima, OH but spent the past 25 years in Chicago. I enjoyed growing up in Northwest Ohio and being able to watch the Cleveland Browns every weekend during football season. I graduated from Allen Easton High School and attended the College of DuPage for my certification in Real Estate. My husband, Tim, and I relocated to the Columbus area to escape the high cost of living in Chicago and to be closer to my family. In my free time, I enjoy reading nonfiction and traveling. However, if I could be any fictional character, it would be Miss Truly because she was very refined but with an adventurous spirit. My favorite vacation getaway is Europe because I’m fascinated by the different cultures you encounter throughout the continent. I look forward to meeting you and helping you find your favorite vehicle.

As Director of First Impressions for Jaguar Land Rover of Easton, I’m Loralee Trapp. I have been with the Germain dealerships since 2008 and have 20 plus years of customer service experience. I was excited to join the JLR team in 2018 for the launch of our new brands. I’m focused on making sure each customer feels welcomed. We want you to feel like a part of our family and we work hard to meet your needs. I believe listening closely to our customers is key to our success to provide quality service. Being from Old Washington, OH I enjoyed growing up on a farm. I graduated from Buckeye Trail High School and entered the work force. When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my son Brantley and my family. Kitty Hawk, NC is my favorite vacation that I have taken. It was a first family vacation in a long time. I enjoyed all of us being together on the beach and the family time we had.  I look forward to your visit.
